Clinical Study of Qufu Shengji Prescription in Treating of Chinese Cobra Bite Ulcer
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qufu Shengji Prescription on the treatment of Chinese co-bra bite ulcer,and to provide clinical support for the treatment of Chinese cobra bite ulcer.Methods:A total of 60 patients with wound ulcer after Chinese cobra bite were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment after Chinese cobra bite and the ne-crotic tissue was removed.On the basis of the above treatment,the treatment group was given Qufu Shengji Pre-scription evenly smeared on the ulcer surface,covered with sterile gauze and fixed with bandage.The control group was given rivanol wet compress ulcer wound on the basis of routine treatment.All patients in both groups were treated for 2 weeks with dressing change twice a day.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in the aspects of swelling,rash,pain,healing efficiency,healing time,sequelae and so on(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Qufu Shengji Prescription is effective in treating redness,rash,pain,healing effi-ciency,healing time and sequelae after bite ulcer of Chinese cobra.
