从"阳化气,阴成形"辨治癌性疼痛探析

摘要
以"阳化气,阴成形"理论阐述癌性疼痛的病机,并探析癌性疼痛的辨治,认为"阳化气""阴成形"的太过与不及是癌性疼痛的发生机制,通过调节阴阳以指导癌性疼痛的辨治,补虚损、散阴形、抗肿瘤三法来补虚治痛,散消阴结,消瘤治痛,从而实现阴阳平衡.
Abstract
The pathogenesis of"Yang transforming into qi,while yin constituting form"theory explains cancer pain and analyzes the differentiation and treatment of cancer pain.The pathogenesis of cancer pain is attributed to excessive or insufficient"yang transforming into qi"and"yin constituting form".The pathogenesis of cancer pain is addressed by regulating the balance of yin and yang,employing the methods of nourishing deficiencies,dispers-ing yin stagnation,and anti-tumor to alleviate pain,disperse accumulated yin,and shrink tumors,all aimed at achieving a balance of yin and yang.
