Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Jiedu Chengqi Decoction Combined with Domperidone Tablets on Gastrointestinal dysfunction in AECOPD with Syndrome of Phlegm-heat Obstructing Lung
Objective:To observe the effect of Jiedu Chengqi Decoction combined with domperidone tablets in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction(GID)in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)and to explore its mechanism.Methods:A total of 122 patients were divided into the control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 61 cases each.Both groups were treated with general AECOPD therapy according to relevant guidelines.The control group was given domperidone tablets;the treatment group was given Jiedu Chengqi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The two groups were ob-served continuously for 10 days.The efficacy of GID,GID score,levels of gastrointestinal hormones pepsinogen(PG)Ⅰ and PG Ⅱ,intestinal microbiota indexes,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After 10 days of continuous treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.08％,which was higher than 81.97％of the control group(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in GID score,serum PG Ⅰ,PG Ⅱ content,bifidobacteria,lactobacillus,Enterobacteriaceae and enterococci levels between the two groups before treatment(all P＞0.05).After 10 days of continuous treatment,the GID scores of both groups de-creased compared with those before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After 10 days of continuous treatment,the serum PG Ⅰ and PG Ⅱ levels in both groups were up-regulated compared with those before treatment,and the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(all P＜0.05).After 10 days of continuous treatment,bifidobacteria and lactobacillus in the two groups increased com-pared with those before treatment,while Enterobacteriaceae and enterococci levels decreased in both groups,and the above indexes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(all P＜0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in either group during treatment.Conclusion:Jiedu Chengqi Decoction combined with domperidone tablets has obvious efficacy in the treatment of GID in AECOPD,which can effectively improve the levels of GID and gastrointestinal hormones in patients and correct the imbalance of intestinal flora.
