温针灸治疗慢性心力衰竭胃肠功能紊乱患者的临床观察

摘要
目的 观察温针灸治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)胃肠功能紊乱患者的临床疗效.方法 筛选CHF胃肠功能紊乱患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为两组各40例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在其基础上联用温针灸,持续4周.对治疗前后的左室射血分数(LVEF)、脑钠肽(BNP)、6分钟步行距离(6MWD)、胃肠道症状积分、胃肠道症状评定量表(GSRS)得分、临床疗效进行比较.结果 治疗后,两组患者的LVEF、6MWD均较前提升,BNP、胃肠道症状积分、GSRS评分均较前下降,观察组改善情况优于对照组(P＜0.05),且观察组总有效率为95.00％,高于对照组的77.50％(P＜0.05).结论 温针灸能够改善CHF胃肠功能紊乱患者的心功能,增加运动耐量,并且减轻胃肠道症状.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture on chronic heart failure(CHF)pa-tients with gastrointestinal dysfunction.Methods:A total of 80 CHF patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction were screened and divided into two groups according to random number table method with 40 cases each.The con-trol group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received warm acupuncture.Both groups were continuously treated for 4 weeks.The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),6-minute walking distance(6MWD),gastrointestinal symptom score,and gastrointestinal symptom rating scale(GSRS)score were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the LVEF and 6MWD in 2 groups were increased;the BNP,gastrointestinal symptom score,and GSRS score were decreased,and the obser-vation group was better than the control group(P＜0.05).The clinical effect in the observation group was 95.00％,which was better than 77.50％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture can improve cardi-ac function,increase exercise tolerance,and alleviate clinical symptoms in CHF patients with gastrointestinal dys-function.
