穴位贴敷联合益生菌治疗ICU内抗生素相关性腹泻的临床观察

摘要
目的 观察基于俞募配穴理论指导的穴位贴敷联合益生菌治疗抗生素相关性腹泻(AAD)(脾肾阳虚证)的疗效.方法 将84例患者按随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组各42例.对照组给予双歧杆菌三联活菌片口服或鼻饲,每日3次;试验组在对照组基础上加用穴位贴敷治疗,每日1次,每次6～8h.连续治疗7d.观察临床疗效、大便杆球比、腹泻Hart评分与腹泻程度评分.结果 试验组脱落1例,对照组脱落2例.试验组总有效率为80.49％,明显高于对照组的65.00％(P＜0.05).试验组治疗后腹泻Hart评分与腹泻程度评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).两组患者未见明显不良反应.结论 采用俞募配穴理论指导的穴位贴敷联合益生菌治疗AAD临床疗效较好,可以有效改善患者腹泻临床症状.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of acupoint application combined with probiotics on antibiotic asso-ciated diarrhea(AAD)with syndrome of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency based on the theory of Shu-mu acu-points.Methods:84 patients with AAD admitted to ICU who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were ran-domly divided into the experimental group and control group,42 patients each.The control group was given bifido-bacterium triplet orally or nasal feeding,3 times a day;the experimental group was additionally treated with acu-point application on the basis of the control group,once a day for 6-8 h each time.The treatment lasted for 7 days.The clinical efficacy,rod-ball ratio of stool,Hart score and diarrhea degree score were observed.Results:One case dropped off in the experimental group and two cases in the control group.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 80.49％,which was significantly higher than 65.00％of the control group,and the differ-ence between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The Hart score and diarrhea degree score of ex-perimental group were higher than those of control group after treatment(P＜0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Conclusion:The combination of acupoint application with probiotics guided by the theory of Shu-mu acupoints has good clinical effect in the treatment of AAD,which can effectively improve pa-tients'clinical symptoms of diarrhea,and is worth popularizing.
