Effect of Yidan Ointment on Intestinal Flora and Intestinal Function in Rats with Acute Pancreatitis
Objective:To study the effect of Yidan Ointment on intestinal flora in rats with acute pancreatitis.Methods:A total of 45 male SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,and Yidan Ointment group.The acute pancreatitis(AP)model was prepared by intraperitoneal injection of caerulein.External applica-tion of Yidan Ointment was used as a therapy.The gut microbiota was sequenced using 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing.Results:There were differences in the Beta diversity of intestinal flora among different groups of rats.In the intestines of AP rats,Proteus and Turicibacter increased.Yidan Ointment could increase the abundance of genera such as Desulfovibrio and Arcobacter.Conclusion:Yidan Ointment can regulate intestinal flora to treat AP.
