摘要
目的 观察外敷加味四黄膏治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效.方法 将80例急性踝关节扭伤的患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组采取氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏(氟比洛芬巴布膏)外贴治疗,治疗组采取加味四黄膏外敷治疗,均治疗7 d.记录并比较两组患者治疗前后VAS评分、肿胀程度、AOFAS评分及踝关节活动度、中医证候积分评价.结果 在治疗后两组患者VAS评分、中医证候评分、踝关节肿胀程度较治疗前明显降低(P＜0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后两组患者AOFAS评分及踝活动度较治疗前明显升高(P＜0.05),且治疗组高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 加味四黄膏治疗急性踝关节扭伤能有效减轻患者疼痛、肿胀,改善踝关节活动.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of topical application of Modified Sihuang Ointment in the treatment of acute ankle sprains.Methods:80 patients with acute ankle sprains were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated with flurbiprofen gel paste(flurbiprofen wrap ointment).The treatment group was treated with topical application of Modified Sihuang Ointment,all treated for 7 days.After 7 days,the VAS score,swelling degree,AOFAS score,ankle range of motion,and TCM pattern score were recorded and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the VAS score,TCM symptom score,and degree of ankle swelling were significantly lower than before treatment(P＜0.05),and the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05);after treatment,the AOFAS score and ankle range of motion were significantly higher than before treatment(P＜0.05),and the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of acute ankle sprain with Modi-fied Sihuang Ointment can effectively reduce patients'pain and swelling,improve ankle activity,and has signifi-cant clinical efficacy.
