摘要
目的 观察蛇伤汤结合蛇伤膏外敷治疗蝮蛇咬伤(火毒证)的临床疗效.方法 选取蝮蛇咬伤(火毒证)患者60例,随机分成对照组与治疗组各30例.对照组采取西医常规治疗加中医刺络拔罐法,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用蛇伤汤内服和蛇伤膏外敷治疗.观察治疗前和治疗后两组患者血清白细胞、中性粒细胞、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)等炎症指标,乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)等心肌酶谱指标变化.结果 治疗后两组患者血清白细胞、中性粒细胞、hs-CRP、LDH、CK、CK-MB水平较治疗前均有明显下降,与对照组相比,治疗组炎症指标和心肌酶降低更为显著(P＜0.05).结论 蛇伤汤内服结合蛇伤膏外敷能有效降低患者的全身炎症反应,减轻蝮蛇毒素对人体心肌细胞的损伤.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Sheshang Decoction combined with external application of Sheshang Ointment after Pallas pit viper bite(fire-toxicity syndrome).Methods:60 patients with Pallas pit viper bite(fire-toxicity syndrome)were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received conventional western medicine treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and cupping.On the basis of the control group's treat-ment,the patients in the treatment group were treated with Sheshang Decoction combined with external application of Sheshang Ointment.The changes in inflammatory indicators such as serum white blood cells,neutrophils,and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),as well as myocardial enzyme spectrum indicators such as lactate de-hydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK),and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)before and after treatment in both groups of patients were observed.Results:The serum levels of white blood cells,neutrophils,hs-CRP,LDH,CK,and CK-MB in both groups of patients decreased significantly compared to before treatment.Compared with the control group,the treatment group showed a more significant decrease in inflammatory indicators and myocardi-al enzymes(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Sheshang Decoction for oral administration combined with external application of Sheshang Ointment can effectively reduce the systemic inflammatory response of patients and alleviate the dam-age of Pallas pit viper venom to human myocardial cells.
