Clinical Observation of Shijun Granules Combined with Lactulose in the Treatment of Hepatocirrhosis and Hepatic Encephalopathy
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of applying Shijun Granules for internal treatment of hepa-tocirrhosis and hepatic encephalopathy on the basis of conventional treatment in western medicine. Methods:A to-tal of 64 patients with hepatocirrhosis and hepatic encephalopathy were divided into 32 cases each in the experi-mental group and the control group in a single-center randomized controlled study. Both groups were treated with conventional therapy, with the addition of Shijun Granules and lactulose in the experimental group and lactulose in the control group, and the course of treatment was 14 days.Improvement of liver function, coagulation function, plasma ammonia,Golgi protein 73,Chinese medicine symptoms and clinical symptoms were observed in the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.62%,which was higher than 50.00%of the control group(P<0.05);after 7 days of treatment, the prolongation time of plasminogen and endotoxin of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);after 14 days of treatment, the indicators of alanine aminotransferase, glutamic oxalate aminotransferase, total bilirubin, golgi protein 73,and plasma ammo-nia of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group;after 7 and 14 days of treatment, the total points of Chinese medicine symptoms, and Child Pugh score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shijun Granules can improve liver function, reduce inflammatory reac-tion,lower Child Pugh score, alleviate clinical symptoms, and improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with hepatocirrhosis and hepatic encephalopathy.
