Effect of Sangji Wendan Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Cardiac Function and Biochemical Indicators in Patients with Acute Heart Failure Caused by Hypertension
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Sangji Wendan Decoction combined with western medicine for patients with acute heart failure(AHF)caused by hypertension and its impact on cardiac function and related bio-chemical indicators.Methods:A total of 102 patients with AHF caused by hypertension were randomly divided into two groups,51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and on this basis,the observation group was treated with Sangji Wendan Decoction.Both groups were treated for 7 days.The changes in traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores were evaluated,and 24-hour urine output,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular diastolic and end systolic internal meridian(LVEDD,LVESD),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP)mean arterial pressure(MAP)was monitored,and serum levels of cardiac troponin Ⅰ(cTn Ⅰ)and N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide precursor(NT proBNP)were detected.Results:In the observation group,the decrease of traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores after 7 days of treatment was more significantly compared with that of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant differ-ence in the results between the two groups in terms of blood pressure(SBP,DBP,and MAP)after treatment(P＞0.05),while the 24-hour urine output and LVEF of the observation group were significantly increased compared to the control group(P＜0.05),the LVEDD,LVESD,serum cTn Ⅰ,and NT-proBNP were significantly reduced com-pared with the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.08％,which was significantly higher than 82.35％of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Sangji Wendan Decoction combined with Western medicine can improve clinical symptoms,protect heart function,and enhance treatment efficacy in the treatment of patients with AHF caused by hypertension.
