摘要
"虚实三态理论"是本文通信作者刘清泉教授在急危重症核心病机"正气虚于一时,邪气暴盛而突发"的基础上进一步总结提出的,是中医辨治急危重症专属的理论依据,指导着急危重症的临床实践.本文结合3个典型病例,详细论述"虚实三态理论"指导下的中医治疗急危重症的实践与应用.
Abstract
The"Xu-Shi Three States Theory"is further summarized by Prof.Liu Qingquan on the basis of the core mechanism of acute and critical illnesses,which is"positive qi is deficient at one time,and evil qi suddenly surges and causes an acute onset",which is the exclusive theoretical basis for the treatment of acute and critical illnesses in traditional Chinese medicine and guides the clinical practice of acute and critical illnesses.This arti-cle combines three typical cases to discuss in detail the practice and application of Chinese medicine in treating acute and critical illnesses under the guidance of the theory of"Xu-Shi Three States Theory".
