A Randomized Controlled Study on the Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia with Qingfei Zhisou Plaster
Objective:lo evaluate the clinical effect of Qingfei Zhisou Plaster in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)with syndrome of wind-heat blocking lung in children. Methods:A total of 132 children with MPP were randomly divided into two groups, with 66 cases in each group.Basic treatment included intravenous azithromycin and symptomatic treatment such as reducing fever and asthma, relieving cough and resolv-ing phlegm according to the condition of the child. On this basis,Qingfei Zhisou Plaster was used in the observa-tion group and blank simulated plaster was used in the control group. After 1 week of treatment, the clinical effica-cy and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were evaluated. Results:Both groups completed treatment and the follow-up.The recovery rate of the treatment group was 77.27%,which was higher than 69.70%of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in terms of day and night cough score, total cough score, cough disappearance time,TCM pattern score, major pattern score, and secondary pattern score(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The CRP of the two groups were improved compared with those before treat-ment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingfei Zhisou Plaster has obvious ef-fects in the children with MPP.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome, shorten the course of the disease and has good safety.
