清肠涤瘀汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎急性发作(热毒炽盛证)的疗效观察

目的 观察清肠涤瘀汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎急性发作的疗效和安全性.方法 采用信封法将60例急性期溃疡性结肠炎患者分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒剂口服加美沙拉嗪栓纳肛治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上增加清肠涤瘀汤口服治疗.观察指标包括中医证候评分、Mayo肠镜分级、生活质量评分.结果 两组治疗后中医证候评分、舌脉评分、Mayo肠镜指标评分、IBDQ评分均明显改善(P＜0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗组临床总有效率为96.67％,高于对照组的83.33％(P＜0.05).结论 清肠涤瘀汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎急性发作具有显著疗效及安全性,可改善患者的临床症状和生活质量.
Efficacy Observation on Qingchang Diyu Decoction in Treating Acute Attack of Ulcerative Colitis with Blazing Heat-Toxin Pattern
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qingchang Diyu Decoction in treating acute attack of ulcerative colitis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with acute ulcerative colitis were divided into a control group and a treatment group using envelop method.The control group received oral mesalazine sustained-release gran-ules and mesalazine suppositories,while the treatment group received additional oral Qingchang Diyu Decoction.Observational indicators included Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptoms,Mayo endoscopic grading,and quality of life scores.Results:After treatment,the TCm syndrome score,tongue and pulse score,Mayo colonosco-py index score,and IBDQ score were significantly improved in both groups(P＜0.05).The treatment group was su-perior to the control group(P＜0.05).Tthe total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67％,which was higher than the control group's 83.33％.Conclusion:The study concludes that Qingchang Diyu Decoction is significantly effective and safe in treating acute attack of ulcerative colitis,and can improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients.
