摘要
呃逆发病急骤,病因病机复杂,病情一般较轻,若病重者出现呃逆,多提示预后不良.通过查阅历代中医著作中关于呃逆的论述,本文从病名、病因病机、治疗方法、预后等方面进行归纳梳理,探讨呃逆的历史沿革,以期对现代临床实践提供参考.
Abstract
Hiccups occur suddenly,with complex etiology and pathogenesis,and are generally mild in severity.However,if hiccups appear in seriously ill patients,they often indicate a poor prognosis.By reviewing discussions of hiccups in historical Chinese medical texts,this paper summarizes and analyzes the evolution of hiccup-related knowledge from disease nomenclature,etiology and pathogenesis,treatment methods,and prognosis,aiming to pro-vide insights for contemporary clinical practice.
