消风散治疗ICIs相关大疱性皮炎探析

摘要
免疫检查点抑制剂(ICIs)相关大疱性皮炎主要表现为全身皮肤瘙痒,躯干四肢红斑、水疱等,糖皮质激素治疗易诱发多种不良反应的发生.中医治疗皮肤病良方消风散的运用可以缩短疗程,减少激素副作用.本文从疾病本身出发,探寻消风散治疗本病的机理,为临床治疗提供思路.
Abstract
The main manifestations of bullous dermatitis associated with immune checkpoint inhibitors are pruri-tus of the whole body,erythema and blisters of the trunk and limbs,etc.Western medical treatment with glucocorti-coid is easy to induce a variety of adverse reactions.The application of Xiaofeng powder,a good TCM prescription for skin diseases,can shorten the course of treatment and reduce the side effects of hormones.Starting from the dis-ease itself,this paper discusses the mechanism of Xiaofeng powder in treating the disease,and provides ideas for clinical treatment.
