肠风饮内服灌肠治疗宫颈癌放疗后急性放射性直肠炎临床观察
Clinical Study on Changfeng Decoction Internal Drink and Enema for Acute Radiation Proctitis after Cervical Cancer Radiotherapy

摘要
目的 观察肠风饮内服灌肠治疗宫颈癌放疗后急性放射性直肠炎(ARP)临床疗效.方法 将宫颈癌放疗后ARP患者90例随机分为两组各45例,对照组给予西药灌肠治疗,观察组给予肠风饮内服灌肠治疗;比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候评分、直肠黏膜评分、Karnofsky功能状态评分、炎症因子指标及不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组治疗总有效率为93.33％,明显高于对照组的73.33％(P＜0.05),治疗后中医证候评分、直肠黏膜评分、炎症因子水平及Karnofsky功能状态评分较对照组明显改善(P＜0.05).结论 肠风饮内服灌肠治疗宫颈癌放疗后ARP可有效控制病情,改善生活质量,并有助于抑制炎症细胞因子表达.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Changfeng Decoction enema in treating acute radiation proctitis(ARP)after cervical cancer radiotherapy.Methods:Ninety ARP patients after cervical cancer radiothera-py were randomly allocated into a control group(45 cases)receiving western medicine enemas and an observation group(45 cases)receiving Changfeng Decoction internal drink and enema.Clinical efficacy,pre-and post-treat-ment scores of TCM syndromes,rectal mucosa condition,Karnofsky performance status(KPS)scores,levels of in-flammatory factors,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The over-all effective rate in the observation group was 93.33％,which was significantly higher than 73.33％in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the observation group demonstrated significantly improved TCM syndrome scores,rectal mucosa scores,inflammatory factor levels,and KPS scores compared with the control group(P＜0.05).Con-clusion:Internal drink and enema of Changfeng Decoction enhances quality of life and contributes to suppressing the expression of inflammatory cytokines.
