摘要
目的 调查中医高校急诊学教学现状.方法 自2023年5月至2023年7月在全国范围内选择22所中医高校(其中2所为综合医科大学的中医学院),定向发放了调查问卷《中医高校急诊教学概况调查研究》,将问卷调查结果进行统计分析.结果 问卷回收率、有效率、受访者积极系数为100%;22位受访者中级职称9名(40.91%)、高级职称13名(59.09%);工作年限5~10年者9名(40.91%);工作年限<5年者2名(9.09%);工作年限>10年者11名(50%);来自于急诊重症中心(指急诊与ICU为一个科室)的受访者7名(31.82%),来自于急诊科的受访者10名(45.45%),来自于独立ICU的受访者2名(9.09%),来自于其他科室的受访者3名(13.64%);受访者所在单位设置中医教研室的比例为72.73%;受访者所在单位开设本科生急诊课程的比例为95.45%.在21家开设本科生急诊课程的单位中使用国家规划教材《中医急诊学》的占比80.95%,使用西医教材《急诊与灾难医学》的占比9.52%,使用西医教材《急诊医学》占比4.76%,使用《中西医结合急诊内科学》占比4.76%;对于本科生中医急诊学教学最主要的目标的回答,54.55%的受访者认为是"掌握常见急症的处理",45.45%的受访者认为是"掌握中医急救理念".结论 中医高校本科生的急诊学教学已经普遍开展,但中医急诊教研室的建设尚存在滞后现象,教材选择与核心教学目标的制定仍然存在较大分歧,中医高校本科生的急诊教学工作有必要进一步规范.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the current situation of emergency medicine teaching in TCM universities.Methods:From May 2023 to July 2023,22 TCM colleges and universities were selected nationwide(2 of which were TCM colleges and universities of general medical sciences),and the questionnaire"Survey and Research on Emergency teaching in TCM colleges and universities"were distributed,and the results were statistically ana-lyzed.Results:The questionnaire recovery rate was,the effective rate was,and the positive coefficient of respon-dents was 100%.Among the 22 respondents,9 had intermediate professional titles(40.91%)and 13 had senior professional titles(59.09%);9(40.91%)had worked for 5~10 years;2(9.09%)had less than 5 years of working experience;11(50%)had working years>10 years;There were 7 respondents(31.82%)from the emergency inten-sive care center(meaning that the emergency department and the ICU were the same department),10 respondents(45.45%)from the emergency department,2 respondents(9.09%)from the independent ICU,and 3 respondents(13.64%)from other departments.The proportion of Chinese medicine teaching and research department was 72.73%;95.45%of the respondents worked in institutions that offered undergraduate emergency courses.Among the 21 institutions offering undergraduate emergency courses,80.95%of them used the national planning textbook"Emergency Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine",9.52%of them used Western medicine textbook"Emer-gency and Disaster Medicine",4.76%of Western medicine textbook"Emergency Medicine",and 4.76%of them used"Emergency Medicine of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine".As for the most important goal of TCM emergency teaching for undergraduates,54.55%of respondents thought it was"mastering the management of com-mon emergencies",and 45.45%of respondents thought it was"mastering the concept of TCM first aid".Conclu-sion:The teaching of emergency medicine has been widely carried out for undergraduates in colleges of tradition-al Chinese medicine,but the construction of emergency medicine teaching and research department is still lagging behind,and there are still large differences between the selection of textbooks and the formulation of core teach-ing objectives.The teaching of emergency medicine for undergraduates in colleges of traditional Chinese medicine needs to be further standardized.
