少阴证他觉信息指导破格救心汤临证应用探析

摘要
本文以《伤寒论》少阴证类为落点,通过收集少阴证相关他觉信息指导破格救心汤应用于难以采集自觉症状的急危重症患者,梳理归纳临床在他觉信息指导下应用破格救心汤治疗急危重症的客观依据,并通过解析山西名医李可老先生所创的破格救心汤的方义以及用法,厘清其与少阴证的四逆汤类相关他觉信息的内在联系,为破格救心汤的进一步推广应用提供更客观丰富的应用证据.
Abstract
This article focuses on the Shaoyin syndrome category from the Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases and collects objective information related to Shaoyin syndrome to guide the application of Poge Jiuxin Decoction in critically ill patients where subjective symptoms are difficult to obtain.It summarizes and consolidates the ob-jective basis for the clinical application of Poge Jiuxin Decoction in critical illnesses guided by objective informa-tion.By analyzing the formula and usage of Poge Jiuxin Decoction created by renowned Shanxi physician Li Ke,we clarify its intrinsic connection with the objective information associated with Shaoyin syndrome and Sini Decoc-tions.This provides richer and more objective evidence for the further promotion and application of Poge Jiuxin Decoction.
