从"阳化气,阴成形"论治扩张型心肌病探析

摘要
扩张型心肌病(DCM)发病率逐年上升,其具有病变复杂、病死率高的特点,已严重威胁人类健康,受到广泛临床关注.西医目前尚缺乏DCM的有效治疗方案,且临床应用存在诸多限制,整体疗效不佳.DCM属于中医"心胀""喘证"范畴,目前尚缺乏统一的病机认识和治疗方案.笔者团队认为此病发病与"阳化气,阴成形"失衡密切相关.本文将从"阳化气,阴成形"理论出发,对DCM的中医发病机制、临床治疗进行探析,为临床辨证论治提供参考,以期提高临床疗效.
Abstract
The incidence rate of dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM)is increasing year by year.It has the characteris-tics of complex pathogenesis and high mortality,which has seriously threatened human health and attracted wide-spread clinical attention.Currently,western medicine lacks an effective treatment plan for DCM,and there are many limitations in clinical application,resulting in poor overall efficacy.DCM belongs to the categories of"heart distension"and"dyspnea"in traditional Chinese medicine,but there is no unified understanding of its pathogene-sis or treatment plan.Our research team believes that the onset of this disease is closely related to the imbalance between"yang transforming qi"and"yin shaping up body".This article will explore the pathogenesis and clinical treatment of DCM based on the theory of"yang transforming qi"and"yin shaping up body",providing reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment,in order to improve clinical efficacy.
