Effect of Shenyan Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on T-PA,PAI-1,sFas and sFasL in Patients with Acute Glomerulonephritis
Objective:To explore the effects of Shenyan Decoction combined with western medicine on tissue type plasminogen activator(t-PA),plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1),soluble apoptosis-related factors(sFas)and soluble apoptosis-related factor ligand(sFasL)in patients with acute glomerulonephritis(AGN).Meth-ods:A total of 92 patients with AGN admitted were selected and divided into control group(46 cases)and study group(46 cases)according to odd-even grouping method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Shenyan Decoction for 14 days.The therapeutic effect and clinical recovery time of the two groups were compared,and the levels of renal function,t-PA,PAI-1,sFas and sFasL in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The therapeutic effect of the study group was 95.65％,which was higher than 80.43％of the control group(P＜0.05).The study group had shorter time for hema-turia regression,erythrocyte sedimentation rate recovery,edema regression,and blood pressure recovery compared with the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the 24-hour urine protein quantity,blood urea nitrogen and blood creatinine of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,t-PA was higher and PAI-1 was lower in both groups than before treat-ment,and the study group was better than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of sFas and sFasL in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Shenyan Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of AGN patients can ef-fectively shorten the recovery time of clinical indicators and improve the curative effect,which may be related to the up-regulation of t-PA level and the down-regulation of PAI-1,sFas,sFasL level.
