摘要
本文基于"虚劳"理论探讨ICU呼吸机依赖的中医病机及诊疗思路,认为外损、原发病、情志内伤损及五脏,使"脏腑亏虚为本,痰瘀热邪为标"为ICU呼吸机依赖的病因病机,治疗上根据相应病因分别采取扶正祛邪、清透补托;补益肺肾、纳气定喘、化痰逐瘀;疏肝养心、潜镇安神等法,同时健运脾胃、益气养血,辅以外治及物理康复训练改善患者营养状态及膈肌功能.
Abstract
Based on the theory of"Consumptive disease",this paper discusses the pathogenesis and diagnosis and treatment of ICU ventilator dependence in traditional Chinese medicine,and concludes that external damage,primary illness,and emotional and internal injuries to the five viscera,which makes"deficiency of the viscera be-ing the root cause,with phlegm,blood stasis,and heat being the superficial manifestations"the etiology of ICU ven-tilator dependence.In treatment,it advocates reinforcing the body's healthy qi and eliminating pathogens,clearing and supporting as needed;replenishing the lungs and kidneys,regulating breathing,resolving phlegm,and remov-ing blood stasis;soothing the liver and nourishing the heart,calming and stabilizing the mind,while also strengthen-ing the spleen and stomach,tonifying qi and nourishing blood.Additionally,it supports external therapies and phys-ical rehabilitation training to improve the patient's nutritional status and diaphragm functions.
