摘要
目的 观察壮医经筋疗法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效及对炎性因子的影响.方法 选取腰三横突综合征患者80例,根据随机数字表法将其分为治疗组与对照组各40例.治疗组采用壮医经筋疗法治疗,对照组采用中医综合疗法治疗.比较两组治疗前后日本骨科协会量表(JOA)评分、功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平,并评价其疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率为94.74％,高于对照组的86.84％(P＜0.05).治疗后治疗组JOA评分高于对照组,ODI评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗组治疗后IL-6、TNF-α水平明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 壮医经筋疗法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征,能减轻患者临床症状,改善腰椎功能活动,促进炎性因子代谢及吸收,疗效较好.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zhuang medicine meridian therapy in treating third lumbar transverse process syndrome and its impact on inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 80 patients with third lumbar transverse process syndrome treated were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,40 patients in each group.The treatment group received Zhuang medicine meridian therapy,while the control group received comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine therapy.The Japanese Orthopaedic Associa-tion(JOA)scores,Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)scores,and inflammatory factor levels[interleukin-6(IL-6),tu-mor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)]were compared before and after treatment,and the efficacy was evaluated.Re-sults:The overall effective rate of the treatment group was 94.74％,which was higher than the 86.84％in the con-trol group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the JOA score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the ODI score was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P＜0.05).Conclu-sion:Zhuang medicine meridian therapy in treating third lumbar transverse process syndrome can alleviate clini-cal symptoms,improve lumbar functional activity,promote the metabolism and absorption of inflammatory factors,and shows good efficacy,making it worthy of clinical promotion and application.
