肺瘅宁方治疗社区获得性肺炎(痰热壅肺证)临床观察

摘要
目的 观察自拟肺瘅宁方治疗社区获得性肺炎(CAP)(痰热壅肺证)的临床疗效及安全性.方法 选取60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组以西医常规治疗,治疗组辅以自拟肺瘅宁方水煎液,每日1剂,连服7d.比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、炎症指标及肺部阴影情况.结果 两组治疗后中医证候积分、炎症指标均降低,肺部阴影有吸收,且治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 自拟肺瘅宁方治疗可降低CAP(痰热壅肺证)患者的中医证候积分、炎症指标,促进肺部阴影吸收.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effects of self-designed Feidanning Decoction in treating commu-nity-acquired pneumonia with syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung.Methods:60 patients were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,each consisting of 30 cases.The control group re-ceived conventional western medical treatment,while the treatment group was additionally administered with the self-designed Feidanning Decoction,once daily for 7 consecutive days.The TCM syndrome scores,inflammatory markers,and pulmonary shadow conditions were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Re-sults:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and inflammatory markers decreased in both groups,and pulmo-nary shadows showed absorption,with the treatment group showing better results compared with the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Self-designed Feidanning Decoctiona can reduce the TCM syndrome scores and inflam-matory markers in patients with community-acquired pneumonia(syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung)and promote the absorption of pulmonary shadows without increasing the treatment risks.
