摘要
注车注船是现代医学晕动病的一种,指乘车船出现眩晕恶心呕吐等症状.该病首见于《肘后备急方》,历代医家逐渐完善,多从眩晕、呕吐谈论治疗,由于现代交通的发展,该病变得更加常见,是困扰现代人的常见问题.本文将从该病的病名病因、病机、鉴别诊断、证候分类、治疗方法等方面展开论述,以期开拓思维并指导临床实践.
Abstract
Motion sickness,a condition characterized by dizziness,nausea,and vomiting when traveling by car or boat,is first mentioned in the ancient medical book Handbook of Prescriptions for Emergency.Throughout histo-ry,medical practitioners have gradually refined their understanding and treatment of this condition,primarily dis-cussing it within the context of dizziness and vomiting.With the development of modern transportation,motion sick-ness has become more prevalent and is now a common problem affecting many people.This article will explore the disease name,etiology,pathogenesis,differential diagnosis,classification of syndromes,and treatment methods for motion sickness,aiming to broaden perspectives and guide clinical practice.
