摘要
著名中西医汇通派医家张锡纯在心悸病的论治方面,其学术思想理法方药完备,开创了心悸病论治的新视角.本文基于《医学衷中参西录》治心病方一节,治疗上强调气血同调与形神兼顾.在此基础上,对于痰饮等病理因素,辅以和脾胃,化痰饮,通阴阳,并结合临证经验,深入挖掘张锡纯先生论治心悸病学术思想,以期对临床诊治心悸病有积极的指导意义.
Abstract
The renowned physician Zhang Xichun,who was an expert in integrating Chinese and Western medi-cine,had a comprehensive academic ideology encompassing principles,methods,prescriptions,and medicines in the treatment of palpitations,thus pioneering a novel perspective in the management of this disorder.This article is grounded in the section on treating heart diseases in"Yixue Zhongzhong Canxi Lu"(Medicine:A Synthesis of East and West).In therapeutics,it emphasizes the simultaneous regulation of Qi and blood and the integration of the physical and mental aspects.Furthermore,for pathological factors such as phlegm and fluid retention,it supple-ments with measures of harmonizing the spleen and stomach,resolving phlegm and fluid retention,and balancing Yin and Yang,and combines clinical empirical evidence to deeply explore Mr.Zhang Xichun's academic ideology in the treatment of palpitations,with the expectation of offering positive and instructive significance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of palpitations.
