摘要
目的 总结体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)护理团队教学培训在重症监护病房的经验.方法 笔者所在医院建立了完整的重症监护病房的ECMO护理培训团队,实施培训并设立分层培训内容,持续改进教学培训计划并定期进行考核评估.结果 截至2023年10月,已完成初级培训47人,高级培训31人.参加初级培训的护士中,94.00％的护士通过初级培训考核,90.00％和76.47％分别通过了高级培训中的熟练护士和专科护士培训考核.结论 建立一个全面的ECMO培训体系可以提高ECMO护理团队的培训效果,提高ECMO的质量和安全.
Abstract
Objective:To summarize the experiences of ECMO nursing team training in the intensive care unit(ICU).Methods:Our center established a complete ECMO nursing training team within the ICU,implemented training programs,set up stratified training content,continuously improved the teaching and training plans,and con-ducted regular assessments.Results:By October 2023,our center had completed basic training for 47 individuals and advanced training for 31 individuals.Among the nurses who participated in the basic training,94.00％passed the basic training assessment,while 90.00％and 76.47％respectively passed the assessments for advanced train-ing as proficient nurses and specialized nurses.Conclusion:Establishing a comprehensive ECMO training system can enhance the effectiveness of ECMO nursing team training,improving the quality and safety of ECMO treat-ments.
