Molecular Mechanism of Tianxiang Pills in Regulating Mitochondrial-related Genes for the Treatment of Myocardial Ischemia Injury
Objective:To elucidate the role of mitochondrial-related genes in the prevention and treatment of myocardial ischemia injury by Tianxiang Pills through bioinformatics. Methods:Bioinformatics was used to screen mitochondrial-related genes that play a role in the treatment of myocardial ischemia injury with Tianxiang Pills and to analyze their correlations.Molecular docking technology was employed to verify the interaction be-tween important components and key target genes.Enrichment analysis was performed on mitochondrial-related genes, and a protein-protein interaction(PPI)network was constructed to identify key(Hub)genes within the po-tential mitochondrial-related genes associated with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.Immune infiltration analysis and gene set enrichment analysis(GSEA)were conducted on the key genes. Finally,to further study the relationship between mitochondrial-related genes and high-risk factors,a correlation analysis was performed be-tween the two. Results:A total of 24 mitochondrial-related genes that play a role in the treatment of myocardial ischemia injury with Tianxiang Pills were identified, and these key genes showed strong synergistic effects.Gene enrichment results revealed that the above key genes have roles in mutual regulation, immune modulation, and me-diation of multiple signaling pathways.Through the PPI network,15 Hub genes were screened, and these genes ex-hibited strong correlations with immune-inflammatory responses and clinical predictive efficacy for myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Conclusion:The mitochondrial-related genes GNAI2,cAMP,NPC1L1,NR1H3,NR 1H4,and their immune regulatory mechanisms may be key influencing factors and potential directions for the treatment of myocardial ischemia injury by Tianxiang Pills.
