摘要
本研究基于卫气营血辨证理论探讨脓毒症急性胃肠功能障碍的疾病转归和治疗,阐述脓毒症急性胃肠功能障碍演变过程与卫气营血各阶段的关系,分析卫气营血辨证理论下脓毒症急性胃肠功能障碍各阶段的治疗原则,以期为中医在该领域的诊疗提供理论参考依据.
Abstract
This paper explores the disease progression and treatment of acute gastrointestinal dysfunction in sep-sis based on the theory of Wei Qi Ying Xue syndrome differentiation.It elucidates the relationship between the stages of acute gastrointestinal dysfunction in sepsis and the stages of Wei Qi Ying Xue,and analyzes the treat-ment principles for each stage of acute gastrointestinal dysfunction in sepsis under the framework of Wei Qi Ying Xue syndrome differentiation.The aim is to provide a theoretical reference for the diagnosis and treatment of this condition in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.
