应用肌骨超声观察刺血结合药罐治疗急性痛风的临床观察

摘要
目的 基于肌骨超声观察刺血疗法结合药罐治疗急性期痛风性关节炎的临床疗效.方法 将72例痛风性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各36例.治疗组采用刺血疗法结合药罐治疗,对照组采用单纯刺血疗法,两组均治7 d.观察治疗前后两组患者疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分和肌骨超声观察关节腔积液、滑膜增生的情况,比较临床疗效.结果 治疗后两组患者的VAS评分和关节腔积液、滑膜增生情况均有所改善(P＜0.05);治疗后治疗组患者的VAS评分和关节腔积液、滑膜厚度改善情况均优于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗组总有效率为94.44％,高于对照组的86.11％(P＜0.05).结论 刺血疗法结合药罐治疗可以减轻急性痛风性关节炎患者关节疼痛,改善关节腔积液、滑膜增生,疗效优于单纯刺血疗法,且无明显不良反应.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of bloodletting therapy combined with herbal cupping in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis using musculoskeletal ultrasound.Methods:72 patients with gouty arthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 36 patients in each group.The treatment group received bloodletting therapy combined with herbal cupping,while the control group received bloodletting therapy alone.Both groups were treated for 7 days.The visual analog scale(VAS)scores for pain and musculoskel-etal ultrasound observations of joint effusion and synovial hyperplasia were recorded before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was compared.Results:After treatment,both groups showed improvements in VAS scores,joint effusion,and synovial hyperplasia,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The VAS scores,joint effusion,and synovial thickness in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The overall effective rate in the treatment group was 94.44％,which was significantly higher than the 86.11％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Bloodletting therapy combined with herbal cupping can reduce joint pain and improve joint effusion and synovial hyperplasia,shows better efficacy compared with bloodletting therapy alone and has no significant adverse reac-tions.
