壮医刮痧排毒疗法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床观察

摘要
目的 观察壮医刮痧排毒疗法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)的临床疗效及对血清疼痛介质的影响.方法 将60例IBS-D患者随机分为观察组与对照组各30例.观察组用壮医刮痧排毒疗法治疗,对照组口服西药匹维溴铵片治疗.比较两组IBS-D患者治疗前与治疗后IBS症状严重程度量表(IBS-SSS)、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)、IBS生活质量量表(IBS-QOL)以及血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量的变化情况.并评价治疗后的临床疗效、复发率.结果 治疗后,两组的IBS-SSS、HADS评分下降、IBS-QOL评分上升,血清5-HT含量减少(P＜0.05或P＜0.01),且观察组改善程度明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).与对照组比较,观察组的总有效率较高、复发率较低(P＜0.05).结论 壮医刮痧排毒疗法治疗IBS-D疗效较好,可改善患者消化道症状,抑制血清疼痛介质为其主要作用机制,且复发率低,副作用少.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of scraping and detoxification therapy of Zhuang medi-cine in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)and its effect on serum pain medi-ators.Methods:60 patients with IBS-D were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with scraping and detoxification therapy of Zhuang medi-cine,and the control group was treated with pinaverium bromide tablets.The changes of IBS symptom severity scale(IBS-SSS),hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS),IBS quality of life scale(IBS-QOL)and serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy and recurrence rate after treatment were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the IBS-SSS and H ADS scores of the two groups decreased,the IBS-QOL score increased,and the serum 5-HT content decreased(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01),and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,and the recur-rence rate was lower(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of scraping and detoxifying therapy of Zhuang medicine in the treatment of IBS-D is better,which can improve the gastrointestinal symptoms of patients,inhibit the pain medium as its main mechanism of action,and the recurrence rate is low,with few side effects.
