Clinical Observation of Xingnao Zhitan Capsules Combined with Tirofiban in the Treatment of Acute Progressive Ischemic Stroke
Objective:To observe the application value of Xingnao Zhitan capsules combined with Tirofiban in progressive ischemic stroke(pattern of wind-phlegm obstructing collateral)and the effects on neutrophil/lympho-cyte ratio(NLR),platelet/lymphocyte ratio(PLR)and D-dimer/fibrinogen ratio(DFR).Methods:A total of 90 patients with acute progressive ischemic stroke(pattern of wind-phlegm obstructing collateral)were randomly di-vided into an observation group treated with Xingnao Zhitan capsules combined with Tirofibanzi and a control group treated with Tirofibanzi.The neurological deficit score,clinical symptoms,NLR,PLR and DFR were com-pared between the two groups.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the NIHSS score,MRS Score and TCM syn-drome score in the observation group were significantly decreased compared with those in the control group,and the ADL score was significantly increased(P＜0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the NLR,PLR and DFR scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The total efective rate of the observation group was 77.50％,which was higher than 53.66％,in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of acute progressive ischemic stroke(pattern of wind-phlegm obstructing collateral),Xingnao Zhi-tan capsules with Tirofiban can effectively improve the patients'neurological function defect,increase their living ability and self-care ability,and reduce the levels of NLR,PLR and DFR.
