玄府学说在葡萄膜炎中的研究进展

摘要
葡萄膜炎是临床上常见的眼科疾病,治疗棘手,易反复发作甚至致盲.目前葡萄膜炎的治疗措施主要有糖皮质激素、睫状肌麻痹剂、非甾体类抗炎药、免疫抑制剂等药物疗法,以及近年研发的新型生物制剂等手段,均有一定的优势和不足.近年来,使用中医玄府理论治疗眼病的研究颇多,相关研究显示,开通玄府在保护视神经损害方面疗效确切.为了进一步探究玄府学说在葡萄膜炎中的合理应用,本文综述了玄府学说的定义、特性,与葡萄膜炎病因病机的关系,进而阐述葡萄膜炎的眼玄府理论在临床中的治法治则.本文可为临床治疗葡萄膜炎提供新的思路与理论依据.
Abstract
Uveitis is a common ophthalmic disease in clinical practice,presenting challenges in treatment and prone to recurrent episodes,even leading to blindness.Current therapeutic ap-proaches for uveitis include glucocorticoids,ciliary muscle paralytics,non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines,immunosuppressants,as well as newly developed biologics therapies in recent years,each having its advantages and limitations.In recent years,there has been extensive research on the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),specifically the Xuanfu theory,in the treatment of eye diseases.Relevant studies demonstrate the definite efficacy of open-ing the Xuanfu in protecting against optic nerve damage.To further explore the rational applica-tion of Xuanfu theory in uveitis,this article provides a comprehensive review of the definition and characteristics of Xuanfu theory.It explores the relationship between Xuanfu theory and the etiol-ogy and pathogenesis of uveitis,elucidating the clinical principles and methods of treating uveitis with Xuanfu theory.This review aims to offer new perspectives and theoretical foundations for the clinical treatment of uveitis.
