摘要
目劄是眼科临床常见的疾病之一,多发于小儿,以双眼胞睑频频不自主眨动为主要症状,病情缠绵,易反复发作.小儿具有"肝常有余,脾常不足"的特点,易引起脾虚夹积,肝风内动,气血不能上濡目珠而成目劄,通过调理肝脾,恢复脏腑正常功能,可改善患者目劄症状.张风梅在应用中医药治疗小儿目劄方面有丰富的经验和独到的见解,认为小儿目劄多由于饮食不知自节损伤脾胃,食积化热生风所致,其病机为脾虚肝旺.结合多年临床经验创立目劄方,以健脾消积、平肝熄风为治疗原则,临床应用疗效显著,本文对其经验进行总结介绍.
Abstract
Frequent eye blinking is one of the common ophthalmology diseases,mostly occurring in children,with frequent involuntary blinking of the eyelids of both eyes as the main symptom,the condition is lingering and easy to recur.Children have the characteristic of"liver often has surplus and spleen often has deficiency",which can easily cause spleen deficiency and accumulation,liver wind internal movement,Qi and blood can't moisten the eyeballs upward and eyes blinking.By regulating liver and spleen and restoring the normal function of the internal organs,the patient's symptoms of frequent eye blinking can be improved.Professor ZHANG Fengmei has rich experience and unique insights in the application of Chinese medicines in the treatment of children's frequent eye blinking,she believes that children's frequent eye blinking is mostly due to the dietary unawareness of self-control damage to spleen and stomach,food accumulation of heat and wind caused by the mechanism of spleen deficiency and liver exuberance.Combined with years of clinical experience,she created Muzha formula,which is based on the treatment principle of strengthening spleen,eliminating accumulation of food,calming liver and quenching the wind,with remarkable clinical efficacy,and this article summarizes and introduces her experience.
