摘要

随着对干眼发病机制和治疗的深入研究,眼表炎症已成为干眼公认的病理机制之一.部分中药和中药复方在干眼中可以发挥抗炎作用.本文总结近年来中药对干眼的抗炎作用及作用机制的相关研究进展,发现菊花总黄酮、芍药苷等中药提取物和部分中药复方,可通过调控核因子-κB(NF-κB)、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)、转录激活因子3(STAT3)、磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(Akt)/哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)等信号通路,抑制下游炎症细胞或炎症因子,使泪液或眼表组织中炎症因子水平降低,从而抑制干眼炎症.本研究可为今后的中药治疗干眼的抗炎机制研究提供参考.

Abstract

With the in-depth study of the pathogenesis and treatment of dry eye,ocular sur-face inflammation has become one of the recognized pathological mechanisms of dry eye.Certain Chinese medicines and formulae can exert anti-inflammatory effects in dry eyes.This article sum-marizes the recent research progress on the anti-inflammatory effects and mechanisms of Chinese medicine in dry eye syndrome.It is found that certain Chinese medicine extracts such as total fla-vonoids from chrysanthemum,paeoniflorin,and some formulae can inhibit downstream inflamma-tory cells or inflammatory factors by regulating signaling pathways such as nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB),mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK),signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3),phosphoinositide 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(Akt)/mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR),thereby reducing the levels of inflammatory factors in tears or ocular tissues and inhibit-ing inflammation in dry eyes.This study may provide reference for future research on the anti-inflammatory mechanisms of Chinese medicine in the treatment of dry eye syndrome.
