Research Progress on Potential Factors Influencing Prognosis of Retinal Vein Occlu-sion
Retinal vein occlusion(RVO)is one of the most common retinal vascular diseases, with its main complication being macular edema.Inhibitors of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)have been effective in reducing macular edema and improving visual acuity in patients. However, some patients still do not experience an improvement in visual acuity after treatment. In recent years, there has been widespread attention and research on potential indicators affecting the visual prognosis of RVO patients. This study reviews the potential factors influencing the visual prognosis of RVO patients, including gender,age,blood-related indicators, and concomitant ocular diseases, providing references for the clinical prevention and treatment of RVO.
