《眼科奇书》应用补中益气汤治疗眼疾的规律探讨

摘要
《眼科奇书》是我国清代的一部眼科专著,该书之所以被称为"奇书",主要体现在其独特的方剂、药物和用药量上.书中针对眼科疾病的治疗,多次运用了补中益气汤这一经典方剂,同时在治疗内障、外障眼病时,提出了多种用药方案,如在吐下、行气、破气等治疗过程中,可单独使用补中益气汤,也可与其他药物交替服用,灵活多变,其用药特点是强调固护脾胃之气,认为濡养后天是眼科疾病预防和治疗的重要方法,这一观点为后世眼科疾病的治疗提供了新的思路.本文通过《眼科奇书》中补中益气汤的应用方式、剂量、加减、禁忌几个方面,探讨应用补中益气汤治疗眼疾的规律,从而为临床诊疗提供更多思路.
Abstract
The Wondrous Book of Ophthalmology is a specialized ophthalmology treatise from the Qing Dynasty in China.It is dubbed as"wondrous"mainly due to its unique prescriptions,medications,and dosages.In the treatment of ophthalmic diseases,the book frequently employs the classic prescription of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.Meanwhile,it proposes various medication schemes for treating internal and external ophthalmic disorders,suggesting the standalone use of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction or its alternation with other medications during processes such as purging,promoting Qi circulation,and dispersing stagnation.The flexibility and versatility lie in its emphasis on fortifying the spleen and stomach Qi,considering nourishing postnatal Qi as an essential method for the prevention and treatment of ophthalmic diseases.This viewpoint provides a new perspective for the treatment of ophthalmic diseases in later generations.This paper explores the application methods,dosages,modifications,and contraindications of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in The Wondrous Book of Ophthalmology,aiming to provide more insights for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
