摘要
本文通过探索中医古籍及现代临床研究的治疗方法,探索大、小骨空在现代眼科临床中的应用,发现二者可用于治疗多种眼科疾病,如霰粒肿、干眼、复视、角膜溃疡、流泪症,操作简便,疗效较佳.治疗方法包括艾灸、普通针刺、火针和杵针,每种方法都有其独特的诊疗理念.艾灸多使用麦粒灸,以口吹火灭的泻法效果佳;普通针刺可进行平刺,或沿拇指透刺;火针烧红后点刺,不留针;杵针采用点叩、开阖的方法.本文为眼科疾病的治疗提供了多样化的方法和理念,而这些方法的进一步应用和研究将对传统眼科治疗提供重要参考.
Abstract
This paper explores the application of Dagukong(EX-UE5)and Xiaogukong(EX-UE6)in modern clinical ophthalmology by investigating treatment methods in ancient Chinese medical texts and contemporary clinical studies.It discovers that they can be utilized to treat various ophthalmic disorders such as chalazion,dry eyes,diplopia,corneal ulcers,and epiphora,offering simple procedures and effective therapeutic outcomes.Treatment modalities include moxibustion,regular needling,fire needling,and pestle needle,each with unique diagnostic and therapeutic principles.Moxibustion often involves the use of small cone-shaped moxa,with a favorable therapeutic effect when extinguished by blowing.Regular needling could encompass superficial needling or penetrating along the thumb.Fire needling entails heating the needle tip and quick insertion without retention.Pestle needle employs tapping and spreading techniques.This article presents diverse methodologies and principles for treating ophthalmic diseases,providing significant reference material for further exploration and application in traditional ophthalmic treatments.
