摘要
光学相干断层扫描血管成像(OCTA)是一种无创的眼底血管成像工具,用来评估视网膜血管,临床上目前多应用于糖尿病视网膜病变、年龄相关性黄斑变性等疾病.OCTA可对视盘、视网膜神经丛甚至脉络膜进行高质量成像,并量化微血管参数,因此可作为沟通神经科学和眼科学的重要手段.本文从神经眼科疾病入手,就OCTA的视盘、黄斑及脉络膜等血管参数在非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变(NAION)、视神经炎(ON)、视盘水肿、神经退行性疾病等疾病中的诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗的应用进行综述,以期为神经眼科疾病的临床诊断治疗提供参考.
Abstract
Optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)is a non-invasive retinal vas-cular imaging tool used to evaluate retinal vasculature.Currently,it is widely applied in clinical settings for eye diseases such as diabetic retinopathy and age-related macular degeneration.OCTA provides high-quality imaging of the optic disc,retinal nerve fiber layer,and even the choroid,al-lowing for quantitative analysis of microvascular parameters.Therefore,it serves as an important means of communication between neuroscience and ophthalmology.This paper starts from neuro-ophthalmic diseases and reviews the application of OCTA in diagnosing,differentiating,and treat-ing non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy(NAION),optic neuritis(ON),optic disc edema,neurodegenerative diseases,and other diseases based on vascular parameters of the optic disc,macula,and choroid,aiming to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of neuro-ophthalmic diseases.
