摘要
近年来我国青少年近视发生率急剧上升,已经成为影响青少年眼健康的重大公共卫生问题.雷火灸是在传统雷火神针基础上改良而来的悬灸疗法,集针、灸、药外治法于一体,施术于眼部可发挥温阳通络、调和气血的效应.近年来,雷火灸干预青少年近视取得了一定的进展.本文从雷火灸干预青少年近视的理论依据、作用机制、治疗选穴及有效性方面逐一阐述,发现雷火灸能有效控制青少年近视的发展,并且根据近视伴随症状的不同,可与针刺、耳穴压丸、经穴推拿等其他中医适宜技术灵活联合,为青少年近视防治提供了一种新思路,值得进一步的研究和推广.
Abstract
In recent years,the incidence of myopia among adolescents in China has in-creased sharply,becoming a major public health issue affecting adolescent eye health.Thunder-fire moxibustion is a modified moxibustion therapy based on traditional Thunder-fire needling,combining acupuncture,moxibustion,and external herbal application to exert the effects of warm-ing Yang,promoting meridian circulation,and harmonizing Qi and blood.In recent years,thunder-fire moxibustion intervention for adolescent myopia has made certain progress.This paper system-atically elaborates on the theoretical basis,mechanism of action,acupoint selection,and effective-ness of thunder-fire moxibustion intervention for adolescent myopia.It is found that thunder-fire moxibustion can effectively control the progression of adolescent myopia.Moreover,by flexibly combining with other appropriate Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques such as acupuncture,ear acupoint pellet application,and meridian massage according to different accompanying symp-toms of myopia,it provides a new approach for the prevention and treatment of adolescent myopia,worthy of further research and promotion.
