摘要
黄酮类化合物黄芩苷和黄芩素是中药黄芩中的2种重要活性成分,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗菌等多种药理作用,关于二者干预眼部疾病的基础研究逐年增多.本文总结了近年来黄芩苷及黄芩素干预眼部疾病的基础研究进展,发现所涉及的疾病种类较多,包括角膜损伤、白内障、糖尿病视网膜病变、青光眼、葡萄膜炎、年龄相关性黄斑变性、缺血性视网膜病变等.其作用机制主要为通过调节炎症反应、减轻氧化应激、抑制细菌感染等途径干预眼病,说明黄芩苷和黄芩素对眼部疾病的治疗有潜在的应用价值.本综述总结了黄芩苷及黄芩素的临床应用及相关理论依据,可为黄芩在眼科制药、保健品等领域的应用提供启示.
Abstract
Flavonoid compounds baicalin and baicalein are two important active components of Chinese medicine Scutellaria baicalensis,possessing anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,and anti-bacterial pharmacological properties.The basic research on their intervention in ocular diseases has been increasing annually.This article reviews the recent progress in the basic research on the intervention of baicalin and baicalein in ocular diseases.The diseases involved include corneal in-jury,cataract,diabetic retinopathy,glaucoma,uveitis,age-related macular degeneration,and isch-emic retinopathy.The primary mechanisms of action are through modulating inflammatory re-sponses,reducing oxidative stress,and inhibiting bacterial infections,indicating that baicalin and baicalein have potential therapeutic value for ocular diseases.This research provides theoretical support for the clinical application of baicalin and baicalein and offers insights for the application of Scutellaria baicalensis in ophthalmic pharmaceuticals and health products.
