"肝窍学说":从传统到现代的中医眼科进展

摘要
"肝窍学说"这一名词在《中医眼科全书》中首次正式提出.其起源于《黄帝内经》,隋朝时期出现系统化记载,在历代医家的补充中逐渐形成体系.现代医学在理论认识的基础上,通过从生物学、病理学等角度对其进行研究,阐述了肝与目病的关系,验证了这一假说的科学性.随着研究的不断突破,多学科交叉合作,结合基础实验验证"肝窍学说"的科学性是未来研究的方向.本文在总结"肝窍学说"的基础上,着重阐述近、现代的相关学术发展情况,为下一步研究"肝窍学说"的治疗机制、深化内涵提供思路.
Abstract
The term"Liver Orifice Theory"was formally introduced in the"Complete Book about Ophthalmology of Traditional Chinese Medicine".Its origins trace back to the"Huangdi Neijing"(Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon),with systematic records appearing during Sui Dynasty.The theory gradually took shape through contributions from medical practitioners across various dynasties.Modern medicine,building on theoretical understanding,has studied the relationship between liver and eye diseases from biological and pathological perspectives,validating the scientific basis of this hypothesis.With continuous breakthroughs in research,interdisciplinary collaboration and basic experimental veri fication of the Liver Orifice Theory's scientific validity are future research directions.This paper summarizes the theoretical foundations of the Liver Orifice Theory and focuses on the academic developments in recent and modern times,providing insights for further research into its therapeutic mechanisms and deeper understanding.
