"Homotherapy for heteropathy"is the essence and practical application of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)pattern differentiation and treatment.It possesses unique clinical characteristics of TCM and embodies individualized therapy.In clinical practice,adhering to the principles of"carefully observing symptoms and treating different diseases with the same method,"we follow the law rather than rigid formulas.We flexibly apply differential diagnosis and treatment based on the Sanyin Sitian Fomula-Shenping Decoction to harmonize Yangming to treat allergic conjunctivitis combined with steroid-induced ocular hypertension,primary open-angle glaucoma,and glaucomatocyclitic crisis.These treatments,guided by favorable circumstances,have shown significant efficacy.This article mainly analyzes the clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas of Yangming disharmony and descending stagnation from the perspective of"treating different diseases with the same principle",aiming to broaden the application scope of Sanyin Sitian Fomula and provide reference significance for clinical practice.
