摘要
"目病多郁"论对干眼临床的诊断及治疗具有重要的指导意义,本文基于"目病多郁"论,总结干眼的病机多为肝郁气滞、郁久化热伤阴、肝血不足、目失濡养.故在治疗方面,运用疏肝、清肝、养肝的调肝法,以滋阴养血和解汤为基础方,选取疏肝养血,滋阴明目的药物,如银柴胡、防风、当归等,取得了较好的临床效果.本文通过归纳整理"目病多郁"论,探讨其理论基础和临床应用,以期为干眼的中医治疗提供新思路.
Abstract
The theory of"multiple depressions leading to eye diseases"has important guiding significance for the diagnosis and treatment of dry eye clinically.This article,based on the theory of"multiple depressions leading to eye diseases",summarizes that the pathogenesis of dry eye is mostly related to liver depression,Qi stagnation,long-standing depression transforming into heat and damaging Yin,liver blood deficiency,and loss of nourishment to the eyes.Therefore,in terms of treatment,the method of regulating liver by soothing,clearing,and nourishing liver is applied.Based on nourishing Yin and blood and resolving stasis,the treatment selects medicines that soothe liver,nourish blood,and nourish Yin and improve vision,such as Scutellaria baicalensis,Saposhnikovia divaricata,and Angelica sinensis.It has achieved good clinical results.This article summarizes the theory and clinical application of"multiple depressions leading to eye diseases",aiming to provide new ideas for Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of dry eye.
