老年眼病中西医结合专科护理人才培养的构思及展望

摘要
随着医学模式和现代护理发展的转变,护理专科化已经成为国内、外学者关注的热点问题.老年眼病中西医结合专科护理人才作为促进眼健康事业发展的重要组成部分,为我国眼健康事业的发展提供了重要资源.本文通过梳理国内外文献,发现我国老年眼病中西医结合领域临床经验丰富的高学历和高职称的护理人员严重缺乏,护理人才尚未形成系统性的培养体系,针对性和系统性的护理知识更为匮乏.本研究针对现有成果和存在的问题进行总结,根据老年眼病中西医结合护理人才培养需求,提出了初步的构思与展望,如建立院校基地联合的培养模式,以学科为基础,以技能为先导,加强老年眼病中西医结合护理队伍的培训,完善老年眼病中西医结合护理队伍的培养体系,建设高素质老年眼病中西医结合护理队伍,推动眼科专科护理高质量发展,对于推动我国老年眼病的防治,提升老年患者眼健康整体水平具有一定意义.
Abstract
With the transformation of medical models and the development of modern nursing,specialization in nursing has become a hot topic of concern among scholars worldwide.Talent training in combined Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and Western Medicine(WM)specialized nursing for elderly eye diseases,as an important component to promote the development of eye health care,provides vital resources for the advancement of eye health care in China.This paper,through reviewing domestic and international literature,reveals the severe shortage of highly educated and senior-ranked nursing personnel with rich clinical experience in the field of combined TCM and WM specialized nursing for elderly eye diseases in China.The existing talent pool lacks a systematic training system,and targeted and systematic nursing knowledge is particularly deficient.Based on the current achievements and identified problems,this research summarizes the existing situation and proposes preliminary concepts and prospects.These include establishing a collaborative training model between institutions,emphasizing discipline-based training with skills as the priority,strengthening the training of combined TCM and WM specialized nursing teams for elderly eye diseases,improving the training system for these teams,and building a high-quality workforce in combined TCM and WM specialized nursing for elderly eye diseases.These efforts aim to drive the high-quality development of ophthalmic specialized nursing and hold significance in promoting the prevention and treatment of elderly eye diseases and enhancing the overall eye health of elderly patients in China.
