摘要
名老中医通过长期理论学习和临床实践,逐渐形成了各具特色的医术经验和医道精神,是中医药领域珍贵的财富.韦企平教授行医教学50余载,本文基于"扎根理论"以期挖掘韦教授行医教学行为中深层的医术和医道规律.医术方面,其提出了辨病辨证结合→中医眼科四诊→顾护后天之本→重视针药并用的诊疗思路;医道方面,通过"为学、为师和为医"3个方面的价值体系分析,反映了其大仁大义、厚德济生的医道精神,二者最终形成了"以术观道,以道驭术"的紧密关系.以期更加全面的传承韦教授的道术经验.
Abstract
Veteran Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)practitioners,through extensive theoretical study and clinical practice,gradually develop unique medical skills and embody the spirit of TCM.They are invaluable assets to the field of TCM.Professor WEI Qiping has been practicing and teaching for over 50 years.This paper,based on"grounded theory",aims to uncover the deep medical skills and principles in Professor WEI's practice and teaching behaviors.In terms of medical skills,he proposed the diagnostic approach of combining disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,the four diagnostic methods of Ophthalmology of TCM,protecting the acquired foundation,and emphasizing the combined use of acupuncture and herbal medicine.Regarding medical ethics,through the analysis of the value system in the aspects of"learning,teaching,and practicing medicine",it reflects his spirit of great benevolence,integrity,and the virtue of benefiting life.These two aspects ultimately form a close relationship of"viewing the principles through skills and guiding skills with principles",with the aim of comprehensively inheriting Professor WEI's medical and ethical experience.
