摘要
谢立科对中西医结合治疗眼眶炎性假瘤有较丰富的临床经验,其根据《黄帝内经》中"壮火食气"理论,认为糖皮质激素治疗容易对眼眶炎性假瘤患者机体的气、血、阴阳乃至津液造成损伤,进而使眼眶炎性假瘤患者对糖皮质激素产生依赖性.因此,其将糖皮质激素使用阶段分为大剂量冲击阶段、小剂量维持阶段、激素减停阶段,各阶段的病机不一,强调谨守病机,分阶段论治.本文将从基本理论、临床表现、治疗、典型案例几方面阐述其治疗激素依赖性眼眶炎性假瘤经验,以供交流共进.
Abstract
XIE Like has rich clinical experience in the combined treatment of inflammatory pseudotumor of the orbit with Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine.Based on the theory of"strengthening fire and nourishing Qi"in the,Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon,he believes that glucocorticoid treatment is prone to cause damage to the Qi,blood,Yin and Yang,and even body fluids of patients with inflammatory pseudotumor of the orbit,leading to dependence on steroids.Therefore,he divides the use of glucocorticoids into three stages:High-dose shock stage,low-dose maintenance stage,and steroid withdrawal stage,emphasizing adherence to the pathological changes and staging treatment.This article will elucidate his experience in treating steroid-dependent inflammatory pseudotumor of the orbit from the perspectives of basic theory,clinical manifestations,treatment,and typical cases,for the purpose of exchange and mutual progress.
