摘要
本文在"天人同律"理论指导下,通过讨论天人同律与五运六气的关系,提出邪气产生与运气密切相关,临证基于"天人相应"整体观、"三因制宜"恒动观以及"顺天应时"健康观.癸卯年全年气候偏寒冷,疾病多见少阴虚寒类.癸卯四之气时,邪气多为湿、热、寒,可见脾、肝、肾等脏腑阴阳失调,故运用癸卯四之气防疫方,顺天应时,可到达阴阳调和之目的.Meige综合征是一类锥体外系疾病,目前发病机制、病因不明,属于中医学"胞轮振跳"的范畴,中西医结合治疗该病效果颇佳.本文以癸卯四之气防疫方治疗Meige综合征为例,将五运六气与眼科疑难病相结合,展现"天人同律-借势发力"的诊疗思维,以期为眼病的诊治提供新的思路.
Abstract
Guided by the theory of"the same rhythm of nature and human",this paper explores the relationship between this concept and the five movements and six Qi theory,proposing that pathogenic factors are closely related to climatic patterns.In clinical practice,this approach emphasizes the holistic view of"correspondence between heaven and man",the dynamic perspective of"adapting to the three causes",and the health concept of"following nature and responding to time".The year Guimao is characterized by a colder climate,with diseases primarily manifesting as Shaoyin deficiency and cold syndromes.During the fourth phase of Guimao,pathogenic factors often include dampness,heat,and cold,leading to disharmony in spleen,liver,and kidney.Thus,using the Guimao Sizhiqi Fangyi Formula,which aligns with the natural order,can achieve the goal of balancing Yin and Yang.Meige syndrome is a type of extrapyramidal disorder with an unclear etiology and pathogenesis,which falls under the category of"pulsating orbicularis oculi"in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).The combination of TCM and Western Medicine has proven effective in treating this condition.This paper uses the example of treating Meige syndrome with the Guimao Sizhiqi Fangyi Formula to integrate the five movements and six Qi theory with difficult ophthalmological diseases,showcasing the diagnostic and therapeutic thinking of"harmony between heaven and man—leveraging natural forces".The aim is to provide new insights for the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases.
