Allergic rhinoconjunctivitis is a common allergic disorder characterized by paroxysmal sneezing,clear nasal discharge,nasal congestion,itching of the eyes,tearing,and increased ocular secretions.DONG's extraordinary acupoints is a distinctive acupuncture method developed from traditional acupuncture,characterized by the use of fewer acupoints,rapid efficacy,and a wide range of therapeutic applications,especially in the treatment of ophthalmic diseases.In clinical practice,the author has observed that DONG's extraordinary acupoints demonstrates significant therapeutic effects on allergic rhinoconjunctivitis.The treatment method emphasizes the expulsion of wind and relief of itching,and harmonization of the internal organs;when combined with oral decoctions,it yields remarkable efficacy.This paper summarizes the unique experience of using DONG's extraordinary acupoints in the treatment of allergic rhinoconjunctivitis through theoretical research and clinical practice,offering new insights and methods for managing this condition.
