新时代中医眼科学教学改革的研究进展

摘要
提高国家医药人才教育质量,全面深化医学教育领域综合改革,培养适应社会发展和需求的中医药复合型人才,是当下医学教育工作中的重中之重.中医眼科学是中医类专业学生不可或缺的临床课程之一,在数十年的实践和总结下,该门课程已经形成了成熟的教学体系,但在实际教学过程中仍面临诸多问题.本文整理了近年来中医眼科学教学方法、教学方式、考核体系的改革情况,基于教学现存问题,结合中医眼科学自身特点、理论体系进行分析思考;并建议应优化课堂设计,紧扣教学目标;丰富教学内容,紧追学科前沿;强化中医地位,加强经典医籍教育;在全面深化教学改革的大势之下,进一步完善多层次教育教学体系.本研究可为中医眼科学未来的发展方向提供参考和依据.
Abstract
Enhancing the quality of national medical education,thoroughly deepening com-prehensive reforms in the field of medical education,and cultivating interdisciplinary Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)talents that meet the evolving needs of society are of paramount impor-tance in current medical education efforts.Ophthalmology of TCM is an indispensable clinical course for students majoring in TCM,with a well-established teaching system developed over de-cades of practice and experience.However,various challenges remain in the actual teaching pro-cess.This article reviews recent reforms in the teaching methods,approaches,and assessment sys-tems of ophthalmology of TCM,analyzes existing problems in teaching,and reflects on them in conjunction with the unique characteristics and theoretical system of ophthalmology of TCM.It is suggested that classroom design should be optimized to align closely with teaching objectives;teaching content should be enriched to keep pace with the forefront of the discipline;The status of TCM should be strengthened,with an emphasis on the education of classical medical texts.In the context of comprehensive teaching reform,further improvements to the multi-tiered educational system are necessary.This research provides references and insights for the future development of ophthalmology of TCM.
