摘要
吴鞠通为温病四大家之一,以脏腑部位分三焦,首创三焦辨证理论.吴氏从三焦论述咳嗽病因病机:一因上焦肺宣发肃降失常,二因中焦脾胃气机之枢升降失司,三因下焦肝肾之体阴用阳失宜.由此提出上焦咳(辛凉解表法、清暑化湿法、轻宣外燥法)、中焦咳(肺肠合治法、健脾化湿法、益胃生津法)、下焦咳(通络化饮法、滋补肝肾法)8类治法.文章梳理、总结吴鞠通从三焦论治咳嗽的有关病因病机论述、治疗方法等,以期为临床治疗咳嗽提供参考.
Abstract
Wu Jutong is one of the four masters of warm disease,and he is the first to create the dialectical theory of three focal points with the internal organs.Wu Jutong discussed the cause and mechanism of cough from Sanjiao as follows:one is because of the abnor-mal release of the upper scorched lung and the original organs,the second is due to the loss of the central lifting and lowering of the central spleen and stomach qi machine,and the third is because the yin and yang of the lower coke liver and kidney are inappropriate.Therefore,8 types of treatment methods are proposed,such as upper scorch cough(spicy and cool solution method,summer wet method,light propaganda external drying method),medium scorch cough(lung and intestine combination treatment method,healthy spleen wet method,and stomach vitality method),and lower scorch cough(dredging collaterals method,nourishing liver and kidney method).The article sorted out and summarized Wu Jutong's etiological and pathogenic discussions and treatment methods from the Sanjiao to the treatment of cough,in order to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of cough.
